First Circle is a fast-growing neobank serving businesses in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. We are seeking a VP of Engineering to lead our engineering organization and build the financial infrastructure for thousands of businesses.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in building financial technology - payments, lending, cards, or core banking
- Experience managing one or more engineering teams
- Proven track record of solving hard technical problems personally
- Strong communication in English; ability to translate technical complexity for exec/board audiences
