Job Description
Utilize relationship management skills and techniques to build and service a network of high-quality referral sources and achieve new mortgage business, income and growth goals.
Requirements
- General understanding of marketing, investment and lending principles, and of bank-related laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of the features and benefits of bank products and services.
- Working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures.
- Basic accounting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn position-related software.
- Three-plus years of position-related experience.
- Up to three years of mortgage and secondary market lending experience.
- Education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
- Specialized and position related education and training.
