Job Description
The Financial Service Representative delivers FirstBank service excellence through accurate and efficient transaction processing, uncovering and meeting customer needs, and successfully selling bank products and services. FSRs regularly apply policies and best practices based on FirstBank and financial industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Achieve personal and Financial Center targets and goals
- Answer customers’ questions regarding products and services
- Maintain knowledge of FirstBank products, bank partners, loan process, policies and procedures
- Build relationships with community businesses and personal clients
- Accept consumer loan applications and submit to underwriting
- Perform Financial Center operations activities
- Practice and foster safe and sound bank procedures
