Universal Associate I (Teller/New Accounts)

Provide timely and courteous customer service, process transactions, and maintain daily transactions and balances. Assess customer's financial needs and suggest Bank services and products. Actively participate in and promote the Bank’s sales culture and referral programs.

Requirements

• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
• Ability to quickly learn position-related software.
• Ability to effectively use general office equipment.
• One year customer service and cash handling experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
