Requirements
- Perform administrative duties for Sr. level loan officers
- Type, file, answer phone, greet and assist customers
- Assist customers with loan application process
- Coordinate with loan processors for document completion
- Handle special projects as assigned
- Participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture
