Mortgage Loan Officer

We’re always looking for bright individuals to join our growing organization. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will provide secondary market mortgage loans to consumers and have extensive contacts with Bank customers and personnel, real estate brokers, builders, title companies, private mortgage insurance companies, attorneys and other related entities.

Requirements

• Proactively solicit new prospects for residential mortgage secondary market loans
• Conduct interviews with prospective borrowers to analyze financial and credit data
• Maintain thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Participate in job specific training and other various bank training programs
• Comply with all Federal and State Laws and Regulations
