University Recruiting Coordinator

We're looking for a University Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at First Financial Bankshares. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related discipline, and be skilled in utilizing social media as a professional recruiting tool. The role involves building strategic partnerships with higher level academic institutions, creating and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, and managing the candidate process.

Requirements

• Partners with executive management, division managers, and Human Resources to coordinate recruiting efforts
• Manages and implements strategy for university relations and college recruiting
• Plans, organizes, and executes recruiting events at target schools
• Manages candidate process, including resume screening, interviews, and selection recommendations
• Utilizes social media to promote jobs and engage students
