Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Non-Profit & Municipal Lending to help generate new opportunities and support our markets in not-for-profit organizations and municipalities. The role will involve establishing a business model, managing a portfolio, and participating in credit functions to effectively move transactions through our credit process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
- Ten years of proven experience in not for profit/municipal relationship/portfolio management
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to generate new business through a consultative sales approach
- Demonstrated sales and negotiating experience
- Marketing oriented
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships
- Well versed in product/industry knowledge
- Credit training, credit quality and underwriting experience; including financial and portfolio analysis
