FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency seeking an HR Systems Manager to join its team in New York. The ideal candidate will have experience with HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems, as well as strong initiative and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- More than 8-10 years of experience
- Knowledge of and experience with HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems and functionality
- Experience with 1-2 implementations of an HRIS system
- Experience working with vendors and third-party technology partners
- Multiple (5+) years of relevant experience with HR systems in a global enterprise
- Configuration of design templates, development work and customization of HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems
- Strong initiative with an appetite to learn and develop
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to see jobs through to completion
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines with excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to successfully work under pressure and deliver change
- Ability to work both independently, and within a team, and a strong team player
