Producer

Building a Brand starts with a Story. We are seeking a Producer to join our team, responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple key events, including live, hybrid, and virtual formats. The Producer will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver impactful and memorable experiences.

Requirements

• 5-7 years' event management experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Project management skills, including budget creation, management and reconciliation
• Proficient with Google suite, Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient negotiating, risk management and contracting skills
• Knowledge of key destinations including venues and suppliers
• Strong team player and willingness to support other team members as required
