Job Description
We are seeking a Mortgage Department Manager to lead and oversee all mortgage lending operations for First Guaranty Bank. The successful candidate will drive mortgage production, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with regulatory and bank requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of mortgage lending experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of mortgage operations, processes, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
