Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance/Total Loss Associate to play a pivotal role in resolving both potential and confirmed total loss claims. This position involves thoroughly recording, tracking, and proactively following up on all assigned insurance claims.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Insurance or total loss claims
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, self-reliant
- Experience working remotely (WFH)
- Capacity to conduct research beyond the immediate scope
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, Teams and Outlook
