Job Description
First Help Financial is seeking a Product Owner to join its highly skilled and innovative team. The company is looking for a Product Owner who can lead technology-driven initiatives within the auto finance and loan servicing space.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science or related field preferred)
- Strong track record of delivering complex, high-impact products
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Proven ability to create high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, user flows, and system interactions
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira or similar backlog management tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and handle ambiguity
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and track success metrics
- Prior experience in financial services, lending, or fintech is preferred
- CSPO or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable
