Job Description
We are seeking a Product Owner to join our highly skilled and innovative team. As we enter a new phase of growth, we are driving multiple operational and strategic initiatives, including advancements in AI-driven solutions. The role requires strong experience in Agile and Scrum practices, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and a solid understanding of delivering customer-centric products.
Requirements
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts, operational leaders, and business users to develop a deep understanding of product features, workflows, and business needs.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and evolve product strategy in the auto finance and loan servicing domain.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals and customer impact.
- Write clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to drive efficient delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely decision-making.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and continuously iterate to improve outcomes.
