Provides supervision and support to the tellers to ensure maximum customer service in a professional manner. Responsible for operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management. Lead the Client Experience efforts and enhance individual knowledge to better serve clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelors degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Microsoft Office suite skills
