Credit Analyst

Perform end-to-end underwriting and portfolio monitoring for complex commercial real estate loans by conducting in-depth property/market and borrower/guarantor financial analysis, building or adapting analytical tools, preparing and presenting credit approval packages with terms/covenants/exposure/grades, collaborating with PMs/RMs/Credit Risk Managers, and ensuring accurate covenant tracking, reporting, and policy-aligned risk management.

Requirements

• College degree in a related field
• 1 – 4 years of relevant experience and/or training preferred
• Ability to analyze and prepare complex credit approval documentation
