Mortgage Loan Officer

As a mortgage loan officer, you will assist homebuyers with real estate transactions, develop business relationships, and achieve extraordinary income. This role is a great opportunity to build a team and establish good rapport with new and existing clients.

Requirements

• Soliciting and servicing residential mortgage loans
• Interviewing applicants, collecting financial data and documents
• Making recommendations regarding loan products
• Assisting buyers in the purchase process through closing
• Making external and internal sales calls
• Complying with regulatory, secondary market and bank policies and guidelines
