Collections Representative

As a Collections Representative, you will contact delinquent borrowers to collect past due payments and fees while providing professional, compliant, and customer-focused service. You will support the Consumer Loan Servicing team by following established collection procedures and escalating complex situations as appropriate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of two years of customer service experience
• Proven experience with handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in challenging situations
