Job Description
The Small Business Administration (SBA) Servicing Specialist I âBooking position involves working with all aspects of portfolio management related to the SBA loan servicing and processing operations. The role requires participation in the loan closing and booking process, daily cash management, and servicing activity, as well as providing exceptional customer service. A minimum of two years of experience in commercial/SBA lending is required, with a minimum of one year of SBA-specific loan servicing preferred.
Requirements
- Participate in the loan closing and booking process within the core platforms nCino and PCFS Loan Manager, ensuring segregation of duties as defined by SOX.
- Ensure compliance with internal process controls developed around the initial loan booking, and the 2-day quality control audits post-closing.
- Perform system and individual loan maintenance in conjunction with approved servicing requests and actions, ensuring compliance with SOX controls accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to Bank/departmental standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
