Job Description
The Associate Community Banking position delivers personalized client service by holding financial conversations with clients and prospects to determine their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone
- Maintains client relationships
- Opens and maintains a variety of products
- Performs Teller duties
- Holds financial conversations with clients and prospects
- Identifies referral opportunities
- Builds client relationships
- Completes work accurately with minimal errors
- Participates in volunteer activities and financial education efforts
- Stays current on regulatory changes and demonstrates compliance
