Job Description
The Commercial Banking Representative II functions as a primary contact between commercial banking clients and the Bank, assisting with loan types and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Handles day-to-day client calls, transactions, and problem resolution.
- Executes client transactions within delegated authority and escalates requests to Relationship Managers as needed.
- Assists in obtaining loan applications, reviews documents, and ensures accuracy in loan documents.
- Provides complete packages to Loan Servicing for Boarding/Funding and ensures all documentation is uploaded timely.
- Supports Relationship Managers with review and certification of legal entity validation, real estate collateral documentation, and UCC and titled collateral validation.
- Maintains a working knowledge of all regulatory, legal, and Credit Policy requirements.
