Job Description
The Retail Manager II is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving growth goals, and developing Financial Service Representatives. This producing position will develop and maintain client relationships and ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
- Facilitates integrated delivery of financial services and products
- Manages the effective use of client relationship management software
- Ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and quality standards are met
- Participates in and enforces all aspects of branch security
- Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations
