Teller - Float

The Teller will be responsible for daily teller transactions, client account services, and delivering outstanding client service. This position also involves developing and maintaining client relationships by recognizing referral opportunities for additional products and services.

Requirements

• Provides client account services by processing deposits and loan payments
• Answers clients' questions in person and over the telephone
• Processes additional transactions as needed
• Identifies basic cross-sell and referral opportunities
• Utilizes 360View to record activities, incidents, and referrals
• Processes consumer credit card applications
• Completes special client requests
• Reconciles cash drawer by verifying cash transactions
• Maintains client confidence and protects bank operations
