Job Description
We are hiring a Director to join our Finance team! The Director of FP&A will lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance management, working directly with the CFO and other members of the senior leadership team.
Requirements
- Recognized accounting designation (e.g., CPA)
- 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, including senior FP&A leadership
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and business analytics expertise
- Experience selecting, implementing, or optimizing finance and/or FP&A systems is an asset
- Experience in the financial services, mortgages, and/or securitization industries (under IFRS) is an asset
