Job Description
First Quality is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Summer 2026 Intern to support market analysis, product launches, and content development initiatives across our Absorbent Hygiene categories.
Requirements
- Audit product detail pages to identify opportunities for enhancing Customer Experience (CX).
- Improve content by uploading high-quality images and updating product information to optimize CX.
- Review search functionality to assess factors influencing discoverability, including keywords and AI-driven results.
- Analyze consumer feedback, ratings, and reviews to uncover actionable insights for CX improvements.
- Develop and present recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience across platforms.
- Monitor competitor product pages and digital experiences to identify best practices and potential enhancements for First Quality’s offerings.
