Job Description
First Quality is seeking a Product Development Manager to develop and introduce new products and modify existing ones to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, 7 years of experience in product development, and knowledge of absorbent hygiene markets and products.
Requirements
- Lead a cross-functional team to plan, develop, and implement product improvements and new product introductions
- Investigate new technologies and their applicability to absorbent products
- Work with Marketing to plan, conduct, analyze, and interpret consumer/market research studies
- Plan, conduct, analyze, and interpret product use tests to benchmark competitive product performance
- Develop new products from concept through commercialization
