Job Description
First Quantum is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead and supervise electrical maintenance activities, ensuring a safe, reliable, and efficient operation. The role involves supervising preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, leading and coordinating an electrician and electrical technician team, and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and supervision
- Experience in leading and supervising electrical maintenance teams
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and infrastructure
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
