Job Description
In this role, you will work in project teams covering a variety of applications spanning FIRST RF's five technology divisions to investigate customer needs, design prototypes, and build products that require both creativity and attention-to-detail.
Requirements
- Within your first year, lead projects of small multidisciplinary teams
- Prepare and present technical material for customers
- Interface directly with customers
- Guide the work of your teams to ensure successful project completion
- Lead and mentor junior engineers
