Job Description
First World Mortgage is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and experienced Loan Processor to join their operations team. The Loan Processor is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by loan officers, reviewing files for completeness and adherence to underwriting standards and regulatory compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma and 5 years of related experience or equivalent required
- Extensive and comprehensive knowledge of Encompass
- Familiarity with both Desktop Underwriter and Loan Prospector
- Solid knowledge base of FannieMae, FreddieMac, FHA, VA, USDA, and renovation lending
