Job Description
This is a full-time facility management position for area general services managers within the Oyo North and Oyo South regions of Nigeria. The role involves ensuring the maintenance, construction, and renovation of bank branches, managing contractors, and maintaining high-quality office and equipment. It requires strong project management skills, knowledge of bank operations, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- First degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Professional Certifications (a plus).
- Knowledge of bank operations.
