Job Description
This role is for an Area General Services Manager responsible for facility management, construction project management, and branch maintenance within the Rivers and Bayelsa regions of Nigeria. Key responsibilities include ensuring professional branch maintenance, managing construction projects, monitoring project execution, inspector roles for equipment & building, and coordinating with stakeholders. The manager will need to manage vendors, enforce SLAs, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Requirements
- First degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
- Professional Certifications (a plus)
- 5 to 8 years relevant experience
