Job Description
The Credit Policy & Portfolio Manager will review methodologies (Impairment, ICAAP, and CAR), prepare reports, and oversee credit calculations and audits. They will also participate in portfolio projects, stress testing, and analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
Requirements
- Carry out and validate periodic review on methodologies (Impairment, ICAAP and CAR)
- Prepare monthly Capital Adequacy Requirement report (CAR)
- Prepare monthly IFRS impairment upload on Finacle
- Prepare quarterly IFRS credit journals
- Conduct Stress testing and scenario analysis for stakeholder unit/department/regulator
- Conduct analysis of ratings in the Bank’s portfolio
- Implement the Enterprise Risk Management framework
- Manage and execute various portfolio projects
