Team Lead, Exchange Control and Regulatory Reporting

Requirements

• Manage Bills for Collection, PAAR Processing, and Form M Processing functions.
• Oversee the end-to-end process management, ensuring compliance standards are met.
• Lead the enforcement of compliance with Foreign Exchange Manual and International Uniform Rules for Collection.
• Supervise mandatory compliance with regulatory forms (Form M) registration.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and other regulatory returns.
• Monitor changes in regulatory frameworks and update processes.
• Develop and enhance products, technology platforms, and operational strategies.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to improve service delivery and compliance.
