Job Description
The Team Lead position involves driving performance across Community Banking units, ensuring successful product targets are met for schools, local governments, religious bodies, embassies, and NGOs. This role requires market research, competitor analysis, and strategic product development, along with continuous monitoring of the bank’s performance. The Team Lead will be responsible for growth initiatives and collaboration with various BUs and stakeholders.
