Job Description
The Unit Head role focuses on identifying and collaborating with FinTech partners to develop innovative solutions. This involves researching market trends, conducting relationship-building activities, and ensuring data confidentiality. The role requires strong business development and analytical skills to strengthen product offerings and deepen the bank's visibility in the Fintech ecosystem.
Requirements
- FirstDegree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Minimum experience – Over 7 years’ experience in business strategy & analysis
- Understanding of financial services market
- Quantitative technique (mathematical and statistical)
- Business development and sales planning
- Client Industry Knowledge
- Business/Operational Strategy
- Business/Product Development Skill/Competencies
