Requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in sales or customer support, ideally in telephone sales
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
- Negotiation skills and order security
- Self-initiative and goal-oriented work style
- Excellent customer orientation, team skills and resilience
- Very good German knowledge in word and writing
- Good MS-Office skills and experience in dealing with CRM systems
