Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This role involves managing store operations, recruiting and retaining top talent, achieving financial goals, and maintaining a customer-centric environment. The manager will collaborate with the store manager and analyze financial statements.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time (in accordance with federal, state, and local law)
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others
- Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified
- Computer literate and able to operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
