Job Description
FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations and foster a positive shopping environment. This role involves managing employees, analyzing financial statements, recruiting and retaining talent, maximizing profit, and meeting FirstCash standards. The position offers hourly wages plus commission based on performance and potential bonuses.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
