Job Description
FirstCash is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for their retail locations in Abilene, Texas. The position involves daily store operations, promoting a positive environment, managing employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role offers hourly pay plus commission based on productivity. It's a role focused on customer-centricity and a warehouse-like environment, including all areas of jewelry and general merchandise.
Requirements
- Must be willing to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must have computer literacy and POS system experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
