Job Description
We are currently looking for a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team! The position offers an hourly wage, commission based on productivity, and a bonus based on store performance. Responsibilities include facilitating a customer-centric environment, recruiting top talent, and administering processes and procedures within the store.
Requirements
- Willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others
- Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified
