Job Description
FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and grow the store. The role involves daily operations, staff training, customer relations, and achieving financial goals. This position is key to a customer-centric environment.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise others.

- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Cash handling experience is required.
