Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, promoting a positive environment, and assisting with customer relations. The position offers a base hourly wage plus commission based on performance, with potential for a higher pay rate. Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and other voluntary options are available.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
