Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to oversee a team of employees in a retail setting. This position involves managing daily store operations, recruiting/retaining top talent, maximizing financial goals, and maintaining a customer-centric environment. Hourly wages will be determined based on productivity and store performance.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
- Ability to work in multiple locations, as business needs dictate.
- Computer literate and able to operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
