Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join their team. The role involves the day-to-day operations of a retail store, including customer engagement, employee management, financial goals, and asset protection. The position offers commission based on productivity and a bonus based on store performance. It requires a strong background in retail sales, financial management, and management abilities.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
- Minimum Age: 18 years old.
