Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join their team. The position offers hourly wages, a commission structure, and a benefit package, including Paid Time Off, 401k Matching, and Tuition Reimbursement. The role involves leading store operations, recruiting talent, managing customer relations, and ensuring asset protection.
Requirements
- Must be willing to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, etc.)
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Computer literate with POS and common office machine proficiency
- Experience in firearms (with FFL certification possible)
- Ability to work multiple locations
