Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join their Team. This position is focused on day-to-day store operations, including managing employees, recruiting talent, and managing customer relationships, with a clear emphasis on achieving financial goals and a customer-centric approach. Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods.

- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
