Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of their retail store and create a positive customer experience. The position involves overseeing store staff, managing customer relations, increasing sales, and maintaining store assets. It's an hourly position with a commission structure.
