Job Description
FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop a team in their Toledo, Ohio store. This role focuses on achieving financial goals, promoting a positive work environment, and attracting new customers. The manager will manage sales, inventory, and customer relations, and will be part of a larger store management team.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
