Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead and grow a store team. This role focuses on creating a positive customer experience, managing staff, maximizing financial goals, and maintaining asset protection. The company offers a base hourly wage plus commission based on performance, with potential for significant earnings through bonus opportunities. This position involves managing customer relations, inventory, and adherence to company standards.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
- Must have ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have excellent work ethic and strong business sense.
