Job Description
We are currently looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The job involves greeting and interacting with customers, processing sales and loans, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. The position offers an hourly wage, plus commission based on productivity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team-oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently
- Cash handling experience is preferred
